Janice Trull is a 71-year-old retiree from Mesquite, Texas. She has a daughter and one granddaughter. Actively involved at church, she sings in the choir and attends Sunday school weekly.

When Janice’s right knee began to give out, causing her to fall, she decided to have a knee replacement. After surgery, she chose Mesquite Rehabilitation Institute (MRI) for her rehabilitation because the hospital was close to home, family, and friends.

Janice worked hard to regain her independence while at MRI. Her therapists made sure she was improving daily. “I’m impressed with the staff at MRI,” Janice says. “The nurses and therapist have all been kind. And the hospital food is very enjoyable.”

Ready to return home, Janice can’t wait to sleep in her own bed and spend time with her dog.
